We’re a small-batch brand creating handcrafted, made-to-order products—so at this time, we do not offer refunds. Each item is poured with care just for you, and we do not resell returned products for safety reasons.
That said, we’re human (and we glow hard), so if we make a mistake—like sending the wrong item or if something arrives damaged—please reach out within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We’ll gladly review the issue and work toward a solution that makes sense for both of us.
