• Processing Time: Orders typically ship within 5–7 business days (excluding weekends + holidays). Larger restocks or special releases may take a little longer, but we’ll always keep you updated.

• Carriers: We ship via USPS or UPS depending on weight, location, and carrier availability.

• Tracking: You'll receive tracking info via email as soon as your order is fulfilled.

• Delivery Issues: Once your order leaves our hands, delivery is the responsibility of the shipping carrier. Please contact the carrier directly for delivery delays or missing packages.

Because of the handcrafted nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer exchanges due to scent preferences, incorrect ordering, or buyer’s remorse.
